Something wrong with a track

Send us the link to the activity. From that we can see the track, the device it came from and how it was uploaded, which usually answers the question before you have to.

Your account or a plan

Changing plan, an invoice you need, or deleting an account and everything in it. Write from the address the account uses, if you can.

Clubs, events and leagues

Starting a club, running an event, or getting a league scored. Most of it you can do yourself: have a look at clubs first

Writing about TerraLoc, integrating with it, or asking about the maps and elevation data we use.

  • The link to the activity, if the message is about one.
  • What recorded it: the phone, a watch, or an external tracker.
  • The app version, which is at the bottom of Settings.
  • What you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
